This project proposes an immersive exhibition design for the Camera Picta, transforming a continuous fresco cycle into a structured, time-based experience. The intervention reframes the room as a sequence rather than a surface—guiding the visitor through shifting perspectives and establishing a clear narrative flow within the existing architecture. This is achieved through a central projection column that activates the space using light, image, and sound. Instead of introducing text or didactic overlays, the design relies on atmosphere to direct attention and construct meaning. Light defines hierarchy, sound builds context, and movement shapes understanding—allowing the narrative to emerge gradually as the visitor moves through the space.
